Bizen-Yaki is one of a kind. A listing represents an individual piece or a closely related kiln group, but availability can change before checkout. We confirm stock and send current photographs before accepting payment. Natural ash, firing marks, small distortions and clay texture are intrinsic evidence of wood firing, not manufacturing defects.
Displayed prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, insurance, import duties and local taxes may be quoted separately. An item is reserved only after the written quotation is accepted and cleared payment is received. We never ask for card details inside an ordinary chat message.
Orders are packed for the material: double-boxed and cushioned ceramics, protected textile folds and moisture barriers where needed. The final shipping quotation depends on destination and parcel dimensions. Tracking is supplied after dispatch. Delivery estimates exclude customs delays and extraordinary carrier disruption.
Contact us before returning anything. Standard, unused textile covers may be eligible for return within seven days of receipt when local law and the written quotation allow it. Custom, OEM, personalised and made-to-order goods are final sale unless defective. One-of-a-kind ceramics may be returned only under the terms agreed before purchase; return shipping and insurance are normally the buyer's responsibility.
Inspect the parcel on arrival. If damage is visible, photograph every side of the carton before opening, then photograph packing layers and the item. Notify us within 48 hours and retain all materials. Carrier investigation may be required before refund, repair or replacement is confirmed.
Displays render colour differently, and photography changes with ambient light. Dimensions are approximate. Hand forming, hand printing, foil placement, seams, kiln colour and surface markings vary. We provide extra images or video on request so you can assess the exact piece.
Follow the product-specific instructions. Bizen should be rinsed with warm water and dried fully; avoid detergents, dishwasher and microwave. Decorated covers should be washed cold, dried flat and ironed from the reverse. Damage caused by misuse, impact, chemicals or incorrect laundering is not a manufacturing fault.
Tanchenki compositions are original studio artworks protected by copyright. Purchase of a product does not transfer reproduction, resale-manufacturing or digital-use rights. Symbolic descriptions are cultural and artistic context, not promises of spiritual, medical or financial outcomes.
We use the information you send only to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, fulfil orders, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. WhatsApp, telephone, payment providers and carriers process information under their own policies.
Wholesale and OEM quotations specify minimum quantities, sampling, artwork approvals, tolerances, production schedule, payment stages, shipping terms and intellectual-property responsibilities. Production begins only after written approval of the relevant sample or artwork.
